The Mod Motor oil pump from Boundary utilizes the Ford OEM 3V housing with a Boundary Steel back plate, which fits all the modular motors except the 6.2L.All assembled billet pumps undergo the following:Pump is completely taken apart, all parts under go ultrasonic cleaning, air blast, and hand inspection.Pump is hand de-burred.Gear set is cut in house from hardened 4140 chromoly steel billet.Stainless Torx heads replace the stock fastenersAll fasteners are torqued to specLoctite applied to fasteners to prevent back out or looseningAnaerobic sealant applied to critical areas to boost pump up speed and reduce aeration.Assembly lubricant applied to all critical surfaces to insure fast initial pump up and lubricity on start.Parts are blue printed and issued with specification sheet.Pump is plug and play for all 15/16ths pickup tube vehicles and requires no additional lubrication or work. The Raptor Billet Oil Pump Assembly uses our proprietary race-prepared housing which is fitted with our custom Billet Oil Pump Gears. We use our proprietary gerotor profile to produce more volume to safely deliver it beyond 10,000 RPM.All Stage 1 pumps undergo the following:All parts undergo ultrasonic, air blast, and hand inspection.Pump is power hand de-burred inside and out.Gear set is cut in house from 4140 chromoly steel billet.Parts are blue printed and issued with specification sheet.Boundary oil pump gears are 100 percent manufactured in our Dallas, Texas production facility. We start by quenching our chromoly billets from extreme heat and then temper it to tough indestructible core.
