Hi all,

2000 Jaguar SType, just passed 80k miles.

Previous issue (has been solved): After car warms up, if RPMs were low, air would blow cool. If RPMs were higher, air would blow warm. I had a cracked resevoir which was leaking and the pressure built in the system wasn't high enough to sustain coolant flow. Replaced the resevoir and viola!

Current Issue: After having this fixed (by a local shop), heat blows hot on the passenger side, but not on the drivers side.

Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this and what it may be. I'm really hoping it's just something that wasn't put back together properly when the shop had the car...I guess we'll see.

Preliminary wild guess: It's low on coolant still in the rad/engine not just what you see in the tank.

??s Is this a right hand drive car by any chance? Do the heater hoses go to the passenger's side of the firewall where the heat is best? If so that too is indicative of low coolant or partial air in the system. Just the distance of duct from one side to the other can easily alter output temps if supply is limited,
