 Subject: 89 Toyota Problem

My 89 Toyota Camry, she is a 4-cylinder manual transmission car. As I am driving her, she is jerking. It feels like she is going to either stall or just stop running. It's similar to when you first learn how to drive a stick...the car brakes and upon acceleration feels like she is going to stall. I would love some help.

When was the last servicing done? Things like a tune up that included spark plugs, wires and such not.
